As we know there are two colors of tube for Samsung INR18650-25R in the market. And according to the official document from Samsung on June 12nd, 2015, Samsung SDI decided to discontinue the production of blue tube in order to reduce the Job-change loss and prevent the mixed using of these two colors.
Purpose
1. Cell Dimension change
→ We need to reduce Job-Change loss.
→ By unifying cell dimension, we can get more efficiency.
2. Cell tube color change
→ There is mixing risk, if we don’t change cell color.
→ To prevent mixing risk between change cell and un-change cell, we have to change color.

That is to say, there will be no more 25R in blue tube in the future after we sell out all of the current stock.
From our recent survey it seems that many customers prefer blue 25R cells so we will try to order and prepare enough stock of blue 25R from Samsung recently. But we cannot guarantee the quantity from this batch. All will follow the rules of First come first served. In the meanwhile, we will also order the new version-green Samsung 25R cell from Samsung SDI so that you can buy the new product as earlier as possible.
