The highest capacity we widely use for today among 21700 cells is 5000mAh. At this capacity we have Samsung INR21700-50S (45A high power), INR21700-50GB (9.8A), LG INR21700-M50LT (7.2A) etc.
But if you are pursuing a much longer operating time, a 21700 cell with capacity over 5000mAh is exactly the one you are looking for.
As we know since last year, LG has a new model INR21700-M58T which is over 5500mAh. Unfortunately due to some reasons, it is still not under mass production.
